Shaneika Bailey-Bryan, a bilingual Social Worker (English & French) with Jamaican heritage, brings over 15 years of experience to her practice. With a certification in alternative dispute resolution, Jinow has also dedicated her expertise to working with newcomers experiencing instability in their countries of origin, youth, and individuals facing housing insecurity. Recognizing that individuals are experts in their own lives, Jinow’s lifelong learning approach ensures she listens attentively and creates a welcoming and inclusive space for her clients.
